In January of 2006 I converted our
business invoice system to Invoiceit! I researched many
different programs to fit all our business needs, this program
exceeds excellence and is offered at an amazing cost, you will
find no other program available that is better.
During the set up transition I had
many questions, every question was answered and the attention

for nearly 2 years and only had a few questions that once again

Hi, I just bought your program Invoiceit. Believe it or not, I scrapped our new $1500 Quickbooks program to use yours. The reason for this is because we are not accountants and have done a miserable job of trying to use Quickbooks efficiently. So we decided to go with a simple invoicing program.

Invoiceit is great. Much more efficient and easier to setup, train and implement then the Peachtree,
DACeasy, Quick Books Pro and proprietry financial systems that we have placed online in the past fifteen years.

I think your program is helpful and good as it stands, and also that it has powerful potential as it develops.
Microsoft has simply tacked a minimal inventory and invoicing module onto its basic personal accounting software and has
completely failed to upgrade this weak-sister module for some four years now and shows no sign of
intending to.
Quicken Deluxe Personal and Business has a severely limited business module, with no inventory tracking at all. They show no
sign of adding one. This, I think, so that they don't compete with their own flagship program,
Quickbooks -- which is itself too complicated to be useful to the sole proprietor or very small
business person..
Other accounting programs and inventory programs fail through either being too limited or too complicated and
overfeatured.

I rate invoiceit! a 1 (Best I've seen)
- The price can't be beat! I own Quickbooks 2003 and Quicken 2002 and they don't suit my needs....invoiceit! Does everything I need and doesn't take
long to learn how to use it.
For an inexpensive program, Invoiceit! is flexible and powerful. You have done a wonderful job with it. Many of my
site visitors ask me about bookkeeping software and until now, I've recommended QuickBooks - which is VERY expensive. From now on, I'll be
sending them to YOUR site!
