If you supply products or services to a client on
a regular basis, you need recurring billing or automatic
invoicing.
Invoicing for regular jobs (contracts) are done automatically with
invoiceit!
From here, you can write or edit your
contract invoices, print or e-mail your contract confirmations, make pricelists and catalogs,
control auto-invoicing and
more.
Charges entries are done just like on Invoice, incl. the Template
feature that allows using any invoice as a template for another.
Contract Confirmations can be sent by mail or e-mail and include an
optional acceptance slip.
Charge intervals range from weekly to annually.

This is the list of due dates for a
selected contract entered in
Auto-Invoicing. You can delete or change a due date to give you full
flexibility over your billing dates.
You can also browse through due dates in bulk.
Each time you click on the Invoices Menu button, the program will
determine which contract invoices are due,
then display a prompt.
Click Yes and the invoices will be written automatically,
followed by another prompt to print them all. Declining the print prompt
at that time allows you to preview the new invoices and make alterations
that may be appropriate.
Click on the Print or e-mail button and all invoices awaiting processing
will be printed or e-mailed.

Customers will know what they are going to be billed and how often.
Auto billing can be perpetual (no end date) are run until contract ends.
Billing can be from weekly right up to annually and even odd dates,
where needed.

This report displays a forward projection of your sales based on
contracts set up in Auto-Invoicing for up to 12 months ahead. (Reports -
Sales Stats - Contracts due)
Another report shows contracts that expire in a selected month, so that
you can contact the client with renewal proposals before they buy from
someone else. (Reports - Follow ups - Contract Expiry)
